On March 12, QRCA member Chris Hauck will present his innovative method to conduct in-person ethnographic studies. Using discretely hidden recording equipment in public spaces, (visible only to his participants), Chris captures their reactions in a completely natural environment. This allows Chris to report on observed behavior rather than reported behavior.
